How we are set up
Not one workshop.
A whole supply chain.
Our production is spread across specialist plants, each running a single process at industrial scale — a sawmill, kilns, a panel-gluing line, machining and finishing shops. Every one has worked with us for years.
You place one order.
An industry makes it.
Each job goes to the plant that does it best, with no idle machines to pay for. That is why the price is lower.
One contract, one contact, one company carrying the job from order to delivery. If a piece is wrong, it is ours to put right.

Why buy from us
Lower prices, and you can see why
A price that holds on repeat orders
We buy oak at volume and run each process at a specialist plant, so costs stay low and the price on your tenth order matches the first.
Specialist plants, one for each process
Sawing, kiln drying, panel gluing, machining and finishing each happen at a plant that does that one thing at scale, with the capacity to take on a full load without a conversation about lead times.
Dried and rested before it is machined
Interior timber is kiln dried to 8–10% and rested before a single cut, which is why table tops stay flat and treads stay tight once the heating goes on.
Packed so it arrives clean
Finished faces interleaved, pallets flat-topped for stacking, a moisture barrier over the top, and every pallet labelled with order number, piece count and weight on two sides.
How it works
From cutting list to delivery
Two to three weeks on standard sizes, three to five on made-to-measure work. The full process, step by step, including what happens inside the plants.
- 01
Send what you have
A cutting list, a drawing, a spreadsheet, or a photo with the sizes written on it. All of them work.
- 02
We price it
A written quote and lead time back, with any questions asked at the same time.
- 03
List for approval
You get the final cutting list or drawing to sign off before anything is cut. Nothing goes into production on an assumption.
- 04
Made, finished, delivered
Machined and finished at our plants, palletised to our packing standard, and delivered to your yard or site.
